There is yet a delusion prevailing and permeated deeply throughout the people’s land that preposterously assumes exercise must be done all at once. Some think, for example, that if you haven’t the time to get an entire sixty minutes in, then what’s the point at all? I am here to tell you that that is incorrect.
Exercise, well, it all adds up. And it doesn’t matter whether you do one bout of sixty minutes or six bouts of ten, or sixty bouts of one. The point I want to make is this. Try exercise snacks, if you need. Have yourself a few morsels of movement throughout the day, here and there, you know, and that sort of thing. Maybe you’ll be munching on push ups or squats or swings. Or maybe you’ll be taking just a whole lot more steps.
Let’s talk options.
