I actually did the workout you posted this morning on youtube...did 3 rounds of the complex (double swings, cleans, snatches, presses, lunges), then I did the 9 minute snatch progression. Nice. Doing those snatches after the complexes is not as easy as it sounds. Followed it up with 3 rounds of dead lifts alternating with knee/leg raises on the bar, then finished with 3 rounds X10 pushups and leg raises (lying down).

Dan - sounds like a hell of a workout. My only recommendation is that if you are going heavy on the deadlifts then do them before your complexes rather than after you've already beaten youself up so much!

Thanks Pat, good point. The dead lifts are in training mode right now, light on weight to work on technique since it is new to me. So, it didn't beat me up too bad...
