I learned the kettlebell swing for my crossfit training from this video over 2 years ago. I cannot see a noticeable difference in your video. Am I missing something? Crossfit has a series of 8 videos showing proper form and execution of KB training. Please advise.

Just from a quick glimpse I already notice "scooping" and soft elbows - no overhead which is nice though :)

I just downloaded the report and I'm looking forward to checking it out!

Thanks

Wish I could give you more feedback, but I really can't find anything wrong with it! This is probably the best breakdown of the swing I have ever found. Thank you

That means a lot to me Colleen thank you!

We will be making this into a series breaking down multiple movements in the same manner that we did the swing.

Squat is next...

Excellent work as always. Would love to see something like this on the squat as well

Finally! Now I can give this to my Crossfit buddies when they ask why they shouldn't swing overhead

Hey Pat, what sort of results or regression do you think someone like me (who is following Birth of a Hero) would see if I took a break and only followed the 2-week swing program in this eBook? I'm just curious as if there would be any major benefit or drawback

Steve - the great thing about the swing is that it is a relatively low system load - so the program outlined in this eBook could very serve as an effective "de-load" period. I would not worry about regressing if you followed that approach for two weeks. If anything, it may very well serve to make your next round of BOAH even more effective! Fitness is never a truly linear path - sometimes minor regressions are needed to reach a new peak!

Excellent tutorial, you prolific dude you! The step of explosive dead lifts to train power into the swing I am finding great value in. Playing with it I can see that taking some time to practice it will greatly benefit my swings. Practicing foundation steps is always of value in any skill!

Thanks again for this

Thanks a ton Geoffrey! Just like anything else, it's all about an intelligent progression - no matter how simple a swing may appear on the subterfuge, there are a seemingly endless amount of little nuances that make a world of difference!

Pat
I have purchased most of your programs with great results! I am having problems with PayPal buying the hero development program. Any suggestions?

Awesome resource, Pat! I used this guide, step by step, yesterday, to "Grease the Groove" of my swing. I feel out in my hamstrings today! :-) Thank you!
