It was hot weather in the Bahamas and I come back feeling as if I spent a week roasting in Hell. Nevertheless, the food was good and the drink was good too. Some Bahamian even told me that rum strengthens the heart muscle. So I traded away my coin and sipped it from a coconut.

There was a moral to this story, but I forget now what it was.

Nevertheless, the first Chronicles of Strength Print Newsletter goes to print the first week of February. so If you want the first issue—and to lock in a Gold Membership at Silver Price—then CLICK HERE.

To entice you, I offer a sneak peek. [I recently discovered that there is some annoying fellow on Twitter who, if you misspell “sneak peak”, will correct you almost instantaneously.]

Here’s a little of what to expect inside the February Issue (there will, of course, be some surprises):

  • The World’s Plainest Strength and Conditioning Program: 2-Exercises. 2-3 Days a week . Remarkable Results.

Remember, there is no risk involve in trying out an issue. You can cancel at anytime!

Kettlebell Workout of the Week: Episode 62 - QUADOMINATION

Note: The truth behind why I put so much out for free is scarcely grounded in anything Altruistic. It’s largely rooted in the fact that the presence of happiness makes me mildly uncomfortable—as if I am wearing a scratchy sweater. And so to ratchet the general mood of the masses down a peg or two, I throw my most menacing complexes out into the public domain--like the one below--with high hopes that some gleeful fellow will stumble upon them and soon find himself infinitely miserable.

Thanks for putting this stuff out there Pat. I did your clean and press five on the minute drill supersetted with five front squats on the minute for 20 minutes the other night, double 24's. Simple and brutal. Buying your book.

Hey Pat. Long time no speak. I used to post a few years back but fell off. I rediscovered your website and am sorry for ever drifting away. Solid does not begin to describe your work and methodology.

As you may recall my main focus is training and competing in BJJ. I fight at featherweight. About a year ago I began following the WD type eating and love it. Im still working out the kinks and tweaking it to my life. All in all I love it.

Dont reach out and choke me but I sold my KB a year ago when I moved into Manhattan NYC and I miss it. I think I need to get another one. I miss those swings and those horrible breath ladders I learned from you.

Anyways congrats on the success of your site and looking forward to reconnecting with you. Take care and talk to you soon my friend.
