When I first set myself to the onerous business of confecting Racked and Loaded, I promised for all the work I put in, I could be nothing less than a genuine miser about it—thus, charging something to the grand sum of four United States Dollars and some seventeen cents.

But alas, for reasons quite unexplainable or perhaps for no explainable reasons at all, the winds of generosity have stirred open my genuinely tightfisted soul.

So for two days, I’m giving away Racked and Loaded…that’s 101 of the beastliest and damnedest kettlebell complexes ever constructed by me, myself, and Som—all guaranteed to blast fat, boost strength, and make a bad day considerably worse.

FAQ

OFFER EXPIRED!

What is Racked and Loaded?

Racked and Loaded is an eBook containing 101 Kettlebell complexes.

What are kettlebell complexes?

Kettlebell complexes are a series of exercises performed successively and uninterruptedly. They are wholly marvelous fat chopping, muscle building devices.

Is there a full program to follow?

No. Racked and Loaded is simply a collection of kettlebell complex routines that Pat has put out throughout the years. There are some suggestions on how to go about working the complexes in this ebook, but mostly, you may do with them what you like. For a full kettlebell strength and conditioning program, however, please check out The Birth of a Hero Vol 2.

Is There Anything Else I Should Know?

Yes, but it’s somewhat unrelated. Strength Fest 2013, the years most unprecedented training and conditioning event—featuring Dan John, Pat Flynn, Som Sikdar, Jim Ferriss, and Steve Ledbettter—is filling up fast.

The Snatch Monger. This is the first complex that made me feel like i accomplished something greater than i ever expected, coming from a weightloss of over 35kg, i never thought i would ever had the strength and endurance to achieve this.

Well, I start most training sessions with "For Those About To Squat". That's my "React to Contact" complex...meaning we're taking fire from the enemy, ha. After that, Getup Graffiti, Press-O-Mania, or Double Sequential Dismay is on my white board pretty much every day. So it's a tie, I guess, between those four.

In light of the recent UFC fight, I threw this together and call it, "UFC without the Broken Nose"
1-3-1 Pyramid
See Saw Floor Press
Rack Situp
Sitting See Saw Press
2 Legs Anyhow (Sitting in the rack position to standing any way you can)
I'm not an MMA fighter, but I thought that series of movements kinda mimicked what goes on in a fight.

Thanks for the devotion to the Kettlebell, Pat. I've been training with them since 2005, and will never stop until I either die, or can't pick them up anymore. Keep the ideas flowing!

My favorite set of combos combined is the wild boar because it uses the following 4 complexes: Aristocrat, Flynn Man-Maker, Holy Fiver, and Great Destroyer. And let me tell you, this is a hell of a workout. It's really tough at the end. Complexes at the bottom of the page.
