Update 2: I’ve added another workout. So it’s now *technically* 7 quick fat-smashing kettlebell workouts. Tomorrow it may be 8. Who knows!
I’ve been having what might be considered too much fun “memeing” my workouts, ever since Jordan Syatt showed me how to do it. Now I can’t honestly take the whole thing seriously, though it seems my more jovial approach has been resonating. People like the stupid things. And I think that’s because folks are tired of fitness being talked about with always such a grim expression on coaches’ faces.
But you know me. Focus on making the workouts good, then put them out in a way that’s a little bit funny.
