I think we would all very much agree, seeing how I have said multiple times how important it is to always agree with me, that squats are one finer exercises can apply to the lower body. They build strength and stamina and a shapely rear end. Squats are a mobility move, too, don’t you forget.
So today we shall investigate the three basic squat progress. And then, a workout.
Squatting, baisc key points:
==> Heels on the ground
==> Back flat
==> Knees in line with the toes
Beginner and Intermediate (Bodyweight and Goblet Squat)
Advanced (Front Squat)
The Best Cardio Is Just… Do More Front Squats!
Workout: 15 squats layered with two presses every 5 reps. AMRAP in 10 – 15 minutes. Men use 2 x 24kg; women 2 x 16kg.
