So I grabbed some of my already made kettlebell workouts and wrote a little intro about why I think training with kettlebells is so amazing. Most of you may already have my 101 workouts eBooks but this one is a little different because instead of 101 workouts you get 7.
This should make your selection easier. I also picked complexes that I felt ran the gamut, as they say. Some are strength, others are muscle, endurance, fat loss, etc. It is a nice, little collection I think and there are even a few funny parts.
