I love tea – I have the biggest tea collection! I also started drinking tea to reduce my caffeine intake, though I stop drinking caffeine around 3/4pm. Today I’m drinking peppermint tea at the moment, mainly because I ate too much for lunch and I feel like I need something to ease my stomach. I will definitely have to try incorporating kettlebells in my training. You’ve mentioned them a lot in your videos and the benefits do sound great, especially for building strength and core.
