You don’t need any high-flying, over-the-top exercises to get a good calorie burn in.
You just need to know your way around the big, simple moves–squatting, swinging, pushing, pulling, etc–and how to combine them in unique and challenging ways.
Here’s one of my go-tos, especially when I don’t have a lot of time: Pair swings and squats, one rep of each, alternating, for thirty seconds. Then, rest thirty seconds. Repeat for ten minutes.
Men use 24 – 32kg; women, 12 – 20kg. 🤗
This workout is cardio, endurance, mobility and muscle, all in one. And you’re only doing TWO very basic exercises: swings and squats. Perfectomundo! 😋
Great on it’s own, or as a finisher to your next lower body day.
