What’s tricky about rationalization is what we say to ourselves is often true. We are short on time; we do have other bills to pay.
The point, however, is even if something is technically true it can still be totally wrong. Yes, we are short on time, but that is no reason to not workout. (You’d be utterly amazed and what you can do in 5 – 10 minutes with one only kettlebell.) And yes, there are bills to pay, but also very affordable training plans.
Remember, winners prioritize. Quitters buy cases of beer they don’t need for the price of the workout plan they can’t afford.
