So I’m in Wisconsin.
I come every year to let my dad see the kids and for me and Christine to – well, there is not much to do here, but if you find you’re in Wisconsin, before you panic, and if you have a moment, come the city of Pewaukee and see if you can catch the man who ambles around with an eye patch. He sits on a bench by the beach on the lake.
I’ll be back in a week so sorry if I’m slow getting back – I have obligations, now.
Today, for example, we are going to the zoo to see the elephants and alligators – we cannot forget about them. And after that down to Lake Michigan, which I will keep you abreast of and let you know if I see any big fishes or any fantastic little ones. (I knew a guy who once caught a “snarling, seven foot barracuda” out of Lake Michigan, and I know he was telling the truth, because he said he had a picture of it back at home.)
PS – I do have two bells wth me (they were left here, not brought along) and today am doing this.
