And here we go again with another just, amazing, amazing workout. This one I came up with as a way for you to build absolutely jinormous (ginormous, I get it. Trying to be funny. Laugh, dammit!) muscles with. Check it out.
8 reps of each: deadlift, push up, clean, row + 30 second farmer hold. Do 5 rounds. Men 2 x 24kg; women 2 x 16kg.
