Front squat x 5 reps
Farmer carry x 20 seconds
Alternating deadlift x 4 reps
Sumo deadlift x 3 reps
Push up (on bells) x 5 reps
Alternating row x 6 reps
Goal is as many rounds as possible in 15 – 20 minutes. Go heavier or light, doesn’t matter.
