I talk so much about how to workout that I don’t always talk about why you should. The truth is a lot of people workout for a lot of reasons and not all of them are the same. Some people do it because they want their body to look good and other people do it because they like to or are bored, even. I workout for all of the above. And also because I want to be as strong as I can.
Working out is good for you. I think that much people know already and can agree on.
But then again people can argue on just about anything seeing how there are those who question whether or not the earth is round or if we landed on the moon or whether all that was made up in Hollywood. I guess I never really looked into it. But I would assume we have landed on the moon at least once by now, and the reason I say that is because I have a Playstation 4 and in one of the games I play a good deal of it is taken place on the moon, so how could the people who made the game make it so realistic without somebody going up there and taking pictures of what it looks like? Think about it.
But back to working out. We all need a reason for working out. Because if we don’t have a reason we won’t do it. And that reason should be tied to something we care about. Maybe that something is our health or being a role model or wanting to impress someone who ignored us in high school. So instead of saying you want to look good you should say you want to look good because of whatever reason you can come up with for why that is.
