You want to know why you’re not getting stronger and I will tell you right now. You are either not lifting heavy enough or not eating enough or both. Most people underestimate what lifting heavy really is.
Next workout do a set of eight, a set of five, a set of three, and two sets of two. Go as heavy as you can for each. Do this on the front squat. And do this twice a week for one month exactly. Add a minimum five pounds every time on your last set and if you don’t get stronger in thirty days you are either Irish or unlucky. Or still not eating enough.
