Fitness standards shouldn’t be avoided, but encouraged (and can actually be fun!). In this episode, Pat outlines a series of standards he thinks serves very well for maximizing General Physical Preparedness. He also talks about why certain body-weight exercises–like handstand push ups, pull ups, and one arm push ups–are such awesome and effective goals to aspire toward.
