Hardcore Fat Burning Workout – The Fibonacci Finisher
So we’re back with another “I Bet You Can’t Do This Workout.” And today we’re going to blast our bodies with the Fibonacci sequence.
If you remember the days of sitting in high school math class then you’ll recall the Fibonacci sequence is a series of numbers some dude who decided he was too cool to have a last name came up with as the perfect set and rep scheme for fat-stripping, metabolic finishers. At least, that’s how I remember it.
The Fibonacci series is 1, 2, 3, 5, 8. Except WE’RE going to use the series in reverse, and assign a different exercise to every number.
8 double clean
5 front squat
3 push up
2 renegade row
1 minute plank
Remember: The goal is to do each exercise back to back, with no rest between. Take MINIMAL rest between rounds. As much as you need to continue on with consistency, but as little as you need to not pass out. That’s fair, right?
Now, to make this an #IBetYouCantDoThisWorkout you have to complete FIVE rounds in TEN MINUTES or less, using 2 x 20 – 24kg (men); 2 x 12 – 16kg (women). Oh yes. It’s nasty. Very.
