I’m about to go for a walk with my wife Christine, which is why I’ve got my windbreaker on. We’re in North Carolina for the weekend. (Raleigh, in case you’re wondering.)
Today the news says it’s due to be about seventy one degrees. Now who can complain about that? Well, I’m sure somebody can, and I’m sure somebody will–but not me. No sir, I hardly complain about anything these days, except when somebody picks a place to eat and they don’t have anything on the menu.
Christine says we’re to go to a place called Lake Lynn. It’s a man made lake which means somebody must really like digging holes. And that’s fine, because people get themselves into all kinds of projects like that around here. There’s a not a lot of much else to do.
Anyway, here are 5 reasons you should walk.
- It’s good for you.
- It burns fat.
- It’s fun, at least when given the choice between that or a blood parasite.
- It’s cheery.
- It’s a decent mode of transportation, but maybe not the best.
Anyway, hope you are having a nice day. I’m off for a walk, now.
PS – My Fat Funeral, guys. Don’t forget .
