Someone asked me if I ever do straight sets or if complexes are pretty much it. The answer is I do it all. Straight sets, gay sets, unicorn-piglets, fire-breathing mastodons, etc, I don’t discriminate when it comes to working out, and neither should you. There is value in all rep ranges, all forms of forcing yourself into a sweat.
But whenever I am in a bit of a time crunch (which is often) or in need of a proper thrashing (also often) complexes are my go to. So here is one I had a lot of fun with yesterday.
Double Cleans & Push Ups.

I also did this ladder after a chesty type workout. I died it was great
