    Hey, the vegetable question was mine! My name is pronounceable! haha

    Yeah, Dan, organ meats is a no-no, but FRUITS are a huge yes for me. I eat lots of fruits but veggies is a no-no.

    I listened to the podcast the other day while doing my (almost) daily walk. The 54 minute time period worked out great. I really enjoyed the podcast and as always, got some great information and insights whenever I listen to you and Dan.

    Being an obese guy with a set of kettlebells and a good pair of walking shoes, this show was especially relevant.
