300 Swings Workout
Line up there kettlebells – one light, one medium, one heavy.
Then perform 10 swings on the minute, every minute, for 30 minutes, switching kettlebells every step. If extra rest is needed, perform an additional set with the light kettlebell before taking a set off.
Recommend kettlebell set: 16kg, 24kg, 32kg men OR 8g, 16kg, 24kg women.
