My book launches on Tuesday, which is, well, hard to believe. But really? I’m just so pooped from all the promotion I’ve been doing it’s hard to express clearly how I’m feeling about all this. I’m excited, and a little nervous. That’s for sure. Oh, and then, on Wednesday (because why take a week off, or anything?) I’m giving a lecture–talk? conversation?–to what’s looking to be a rather sizable group of young professions on arguments for the existence of God. I’m working on having that filmed, but if you’re interested in the content, you can get a tease from this episode of my podcast. Natural theology has long been a seizing interest of mine, and it’s a discipline I would encourage anyone to take up. Doing so will occasionally cause your brain to throb, but the fruits from the endeavor are absolutely nourishing. Soul-food, really.
So, I’m now–what is it?–six days into this 90 day challenge I’m doing? I think that’s right. Had a cold shower this morning (fun) then went to mass with a friend and hung with him for a while. Came home, read, did work, played guitar. Went out to eat with the wife and kids, and now I’m writing this. Exercise today was… and I’m just realizing I never worked out. Better get on that…
