Completed in 20 minutes or less with 16kg (men); 8kg (women.)

Test for an orange shirt with Kettlebell Maximum
Block One:
Every minute, on the minute for 10 minutes:
Double clean and press x 5 reps.
Block Two:
Every minute, on the minute for 10 minutes:
Front squat x 5 reps
Block Three:
Every minute, on the minute for 10 minutes: Chin up x 5 reps
For all blocks, men use 2x24kg; women 2×12-16kg
