The Ultimate, No Holds Barred Kettlebell Workout – The Great Destroyer

by Pat Flynn

The Great Destroyer Kettlebell Workout Challenge

I bet you can't do this workout

My newest #IBetYouCantDoThisWOrkout challenge features my most grueling kettlebell complex to date: The Great Destroyer.

This complex–consisting of six exercises, done back to back, for ten reps of each–zaps fat at microwave speeds, while building truly tremendous work capacity. You get it all with this one (but boy do you gotta work for it!).

Here’s the quick run down.

The Great Destroyer

Double Swing
Double Snatch
Front Squat
Clean and Press
Push Up
Bent Over Row

Goal is TEN reps of each, and to complete the ENTIRE complex WITHOUT setting the bells down. Men, I recommend using 2 x 16 – 20kg. Women, 2 x 8-12kg.

So, here’s the deal: One round makes you competent. Two is a complete workout. Three is for people in asylum.

My challenge to YOU?

Simple: Film a set of The Great Destroyer and post it to either Facebook, Youtube, or Instagram using the hastag #IBetYouCantDoThisWOrkout. That way I can give you a T-shirt or something. But hey, proof or didn’t happen, alright?

Strong ON!

Good luck and Strong ON!

PS – If you enjoyed this workout, then you may also enjoy baloney sandwiches. It’s an odd correlation.

PPS – Also my Inner Circle. That, too.
