Pat, just curious how you met Jim? I’ve been a fan of his work for years over at Tactical Barbell. I’m surprised to hear that he’s not lifting barbells anymore, but I can guarantee you that he is still fit and strong. Anyway, just wondering where your paths crossed.

Small world, isn’t it, Mike? A few of my previous (mostly philosopher) guests had recommended getting Jim on the show. One of them finally made the introduction, and that’s when I learned how closely our worlds aligned. In fact, he’ll be joining Dan John and I for our conversation next week.

      Strong and fit is right!
