I like your show and site, I don’t have a home computer or smart phone so I am not able to access ITunes on my work pc or I would subscribe. Would have no problem giving you the five stars. I have gained some good tips from your posts etc. over the years. I like your style, I have a few favorite sites and one is Dan John’s OTP and have learned a lot from him also. So keep doing it.

The thing about PatS programs is anybody at any age can benefit from them. I had just turned 70 when I found Pat and his programs. After 2 years I am able to perform at the suggest KB weight suggested for men. I have gained strength and reduced weight. Just what the doctor recommended. I give Pat and his programs 5 stars.
